Sick!!

Today was a pretty good day but i feel kind of sick now so i'm not in the best mood. I have to get started doing homework, i really don't want to its so boring and close to the end of the year, i want to pout lol! I want to crawl up into a ball and sleep the night away! See you guys later :)

My weekend!

Yesterday was so much fun aside from the cold cold weather. I rode all the rides at the carnival and just hung with all my friends. On the plus side me and my friend made up so now i'm in a much better mood. YAY ME!!! I watched movies with my friends all this weekend but i still REALLY REALLY wanna go see Scream 4, i'll be so upset if i don't get too lol i'll pout and pout and pout :). Well i have to go do this chemistry homework and do some more writing for the English assignment so see you folks and hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. WWWWOOOOO school is almost out!!!!

Today was a pretty hard day. I couldn't get to sleep because of conflicts with a friend and things being said :( i was so upset, don't  know how it got that way! But anyway not sleeping really put a damper on my mood today. I had trouble staying up in my chemistry class, always not good. I'm not very happy right now and i was hoping to go to the carnival today was friends but now that has been postponed until tomorrow. So i guess i'm just going to sit and mellow out for a little while, Bye Class mates!

BLAH!

I'm have no idea what i am doing up right now lol! I can't bring myself to go to sleep, i'm just not tired. This is surely going to haunt me in the morning, How sad? LOL! Well i guess i can do something productive and school related but i may not do that, i think i'll just sit back and watch TV! I need to get started on this English project as well as do a writing assignment for History and do a little Chemistry homework so i think i better do that first, Goodnite all!

Monday

Today was a pretty good day. I had a test in Chemistry class which i think i aced........YAY!!!! I finished my Math take home test which i think i also did very well on but we'll see. I met with my group today and i think we accomplished a lot, go team Oil!! I'm so ready for school to be over though the test and quizzes are draining the life out of me, i have to reschedule one of my finals because of course my life sucks and my English final is on the EXACT day and EXACT time as my Chemistry final, not good at all so time to do some talking. Well i'll see all you lovely people tomorrow time for me to.........actually i have nothing to do but i guess its tv time, but i not bringing about the end of the world at least haha Nite nite!

New Piercing!!!

Today was my friend Diana's BIRTHDAY! HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HER LOL! But anyway to celebrate she went and got a tattoo and since we were already there i decide to get a industrial piercing. It didn't hurt as much as i thought it would but it still rank kinda high on the scale, maybe but i'm a chicken so it might just be me. I tried to take a nap earlier and rolled on it by mistake, WHAT A MISTAKE IT WAS BECAUSE BOY DID IT HURT!!!!! I'm happy with my decision to get it though i like it a lot. Well anyways after leaving there we went to a Mexican restaurant and the food was Amazing i definitely recommend it, if i knew the name lol, it will be up soon. HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND GUYS!!!

Well my eye is killing me and i don't know why but it's irritating and looks like its getting swollen......PLEASE let this go away by tomorrow. Anyways besides that i've worked on my paper some more and i just got done reading the story for English class tomorrow, now i'm going to watch the movie as well and for everyone if you haven't watch it already you can watch the whole thing on letmewatchthis.com instead of going part by part on youtube! Well goodnite folks!

Drifting

I know it's kind of late but i can't bring myself to sleep. So much has been going through my mind and i feel like i'm being distracted from everything and nothing, is that weird. I keep thinking about my grandma who i was really close to but sadly is no longer here but i have the strangest sense as if i felt her with me all day today. My mind keeps wondering to points in my life and then i just sit here and think. I don't know if i'm happy or sad, but i'm not so much as to be content either :(

Today is a kind of good day. The highlight so far would be having some GOOODDDD chinese food. YUm!!! I have to do a project for math and read a little for philosophy for our test tomorrow, i'm not ready for it. We've covered to much material for me to remember everything we've talked about so wish me luck!! Later after all the work is done maybe i can relax and read me a nice book. Today was a pretty okay day. English was fun and light-hearted. We joked around while we did the intensive reviews. We will continue with the reviews on Tuesday but anyway my math class was ok too. We learned some new stuff that i get somewhat i just need a little more practice so i won't mess up on confusing the number, but it's all good because i'll get it soon :)! but i finished my chemistry homework so fast tonight, so AWESOME!  

Today in English class we talked about a introduction of an essay which so happened to be by our teacher, McArdle!!! We had to point out what we noticed about the intro and talked a little about the body of the paper. Next we went got into our peer review groups and discussed our rough drafts and gave suggestions which i needed a lot of :) Thanks group mates! But i'm hungry and need a good ole' nap, nite nite folks!

work, work, and more work!!

Today isn't quite over but i have tons to do: i have to get these peer reviews for English out the way as well as do a essay for philosophy with my group, who's idea of work is one person does it all (don't like working in groups that much for mainly this reason). Next i have to do another project with my math group but that should be easy because everyone contributes, YAY!! Then i should be done i'm assuming that at least!

Today oddly enough was a pretty boring day. I've done absolutely nothing but read, sleep, and watch tv. I wish i could say that i had fun but i didn't. I wasn't exactly upset or happy just rather very mellow. Currently i'm reading for my philosophy class, the readings give me a headache lol. Most of the time i don't even know what they're talking about and therefore can't participate in the class disscussion which makes it seem like i didn't read at all, how sad! I need to step it up a knotch (so spelled wrong lol) and try to comprehend it more, wish me luck!

SO ANGRY!

IM SO MAD!!!.I'VE BEEN DOING THIS PAPER OR SHOULD I SAY REWRITING THIS PAPER BECAUSE MY MOUSE PAD IS STUPID AND ERASED MOST OF MY PAGES AND I CAN'T GET THEM BACK. 7 PAGES GONE!!!!! NOW I'M ON CRUNCH TIME AND I'M ONLY ON PAGE 4!!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO I JUST WANNA GIVE UP AT THIS POINT!

Dull Day

Today was a bit dull. I didn't really want to go to class but being the scholarly student i am lol i went anyway. I slept most of the day and didn't do much to my surprise. I even slept through lunch. I had a math meeting today for an upcoming project and came to find out i have like the best group ever. The people are awesome, and so laid back, which is a relief because i don't particularly like working in groups so that was a plus. After that i finish one of my books and now i'm about to do my paper, No Fun :(

Yay me!

Today was rather exciting and tiring. I went to the mall to get books for this series i'm reading which is the highlight of my day since i've been craving to get them, now i have them. YAY!!!! but anyway i also got two brand new  HOT pairs of sneakers for guess how much..........$14 bucks. I knew having small feet would be very useful :) Today has been pretty awesome.....OOOHHHH YYEEEA!!!

Alrighty!

Today was kinda awesome, nothing  actually happened but it wasn't bored and i wasn't dreading classes today so that's a plus. Today in English we went over the importance of being specific and clear with our instructions. McArdle wasn't too happy with our annotated bibs so we did a little exercise where we got into pairs and formed a research question based on something we've done, witnessed, etc over break. It was kind of fun actually! That took all of the class time which was not intended but not too shabby :) lol. Then i had math class later that wasn't all that bad either i didn't feel like being there but it was OK. We have a take home test and went over instructions for our future group projects, not looking forward to that but i have to :)

Classes after a long break!!!

The first day of classes after a long break was pretty tiring. I couldn't get to sleep at a decent time so i was extremely tired this morning. I didn't understand a particular reading foe my philosophy class so i sat there confused for a little while lol. I was was distracted in history class, even though that's not a surprise. Then i got hyper and happy before chemistry class but of course that didn't last because after that i went into hibernation mode and slept for most of the day. What a wonderful start, right?

Last post on the night

Well today is almost coming to a close, i'm done with chemistry homework for the night and almost through with my readings for class tomorrow, that didn't take as long as i thought it would. Great! I really need a good nights sleep because i've been up all day and didn't have a good night's rest the night before, maybe none all break lol. But anyway i hope everyone enjoyed their spring break because i sure did!!

Homework

I'm not ready for classes to start back again tomorrow, i hvae so much homework to do :( i think i'll start with chemistry, that'll take the most time anyway. I hate the online homework, it feels like im doing it for hours! After chem. i'm going to read for my philosophy class in the morning and then hit the hay, YAY!!

Break

Ok this is a little late but my break has been awesome, too bad its over and im back in Muncie :(. So let me fill you in, over break things were both good and bad, i got my hair done, my very first TATTOO, and i got to see my family which is the greatest part in my opinion. The bad is a relative of mine passed while i was on break and i didn't even get the chance to visit. In top of that i won't be able to make the funeral, i so wasn't ready to leave yet !!!! :-/

Today was an ok day i think that makes that the first one this week :). Anyway today in english class we talked a little about the annotated bib and corretions and got to ask questions. Then we went over the research paper assignment. The steps that can help improve our paper, which was useful to me. We had some time left over so we had time to work on the annotated bibs in class along with a outline for our research paper. I absolutely hate outline but i must say it was helpful because alot of idea came and were bouncing aroung, AWESOME!!! Well i have to pack for spring break soo i guess that's all folks (Porky Pig)

Today was exhausting, I've been up all night for no reason. I couldn't get to sleep last night which was really bad for me this morning. But today was an OK day. Its the busiest day of the week for me since i have a 3 hour chemistry lab these days. Today i happen to get out early though so that was cool. I'm excited that its almost spring break, don't have any plans but at least i'll be home :)

Today was a semi- awesome day, i didn't do much but that what made it so fun. Since we didn't have english class today me and a couple friends went to IHOP, it was free pancake day. It was amazingly delicious :) i got a stack of pancakes, a side of hash brown, and good ole' bacon, yummy yummy! I had math today which was ok and i got my homework that i thought was totally confusing correct, YES! Now i'm working on the annotated bib. (sad face) lol. No offense McArdle :)

Today was a HORRIBLE! I woke up to pounding on my door at two something in the morning because of the tornado sirens. The entire building had to go intoo the basement til it was clear, which wasn't until almost four in the morning. I have a class at nine, you can imagine my mood throughout the whole situation. After finallly falling asleep i was again woken up by my alarm this time. Finding the will to wake up and then stay up in classes was so hard lol!! but the only way to solve that problem is do what i do best which is take a nap :)

Today is a kind of exhausting day, I've been working on homework all day. First history, My least favorite subject of ALL time. Then it was time to work on some of my annotated bib, that's going OK not great but i'm getting there. Now it's time to do a little math excel homework which isn't so fun either. See how i spend my day, JUST GREAT, RIGHT!!!! :) I think it's time for a nap afterwards.

Today was the start of our conferences. Mine went pretty good better than i expected. I got clarity on things i was having a little trouble with and suggestions on my annotated bib, which is something i could use. I'm open for those :). Now it's time to jump on my paper.

A little late

Well i know its late but last class Thursday we did intensive review for the annotated bibs. The topics were interesting not like the general ideas, which is good. We still have to go over a few papers on Tuesday as well.We talked about the upcoming conferences that start on Tuesday, i think! We have to meet for a minimum of 15 minutes and be prepared with any questions we might have.

It was VALENTINE'S DAY YAY!!!!! but anyway today after a presentation of a fellow classmate we had a surprise quiz, what a way to start the day. McArdle looked kind of mad today and it was kind of scary to see him like that considering he's always talking about his hair being "awesome." The quiz wasn't that bad actually i knew most of what was on it beside one. Once the quiz was over we went over the answer that we should have known since we've seen it a thousand times then we broke off into our peer review groups and went over our rough drafts for the annotated bibs. Out of my group only two people showed but it was ok all the same. I'm really liking my topic :-) But i just have to say i went rock climbing last night, i made it all the way to the top before i had mini heart attack because i didn't want to come down (laughs).

Wow!!

Well i'm working on my annotated bibliography and actually coming across some fasinating things. I'll be in the lab all day tomorrow, how great (hint of sarcasism) LOL!

On this day we went over an old greek inquiry called the "stasis theory" this has six different aspets: Fact,  Definition, Interpretation, Consequence, Value, and Policy. McArdle says we should have all of these present in our upcoming paper the Annotated Bibliography. We also went over the criteris for the paper, which states we need 10 to 15 sources, the subject must be problematic, and around i'm guessing 10 to 12 pages as well. We wen over things to include or look at like Rhetorical gaze, Breadth, Controversy, and context.

Thursday 02/10/2011

Today we went over chapters 10 and 11 in class, these chapters talk about careful selection of sources and what questions to ask when reviewing sources such as who is the audience and why is our subject inportant and how current is our source. In chapter 11, it explains how to arrange your argument and deeply explains the purpose of the introduction and conclusion paragraph. We broke off into groups and went over an essay in our book, answer a few questions, and made suggestions. And that was our day.

Today in English class we turned in our National gaze papers which for one i am happy to be done with. My country was Thailand and it was very interesting but i'm ready to get started on my annotated bibliography because i think my topic is AWESOME!!! But besides that today we went over the criteria for or next paper, the bibliography. It doesn't sound so hard but then again i haven't started yet so we will see about that :-)

Well i finally figured out hot to use this thing, YAY!! I have been toying with this thing all weekend :-) but i got it. Its another boring weekennd fulled with nothing but homework and sleep. Not very exciting huh??? Yea that's pretty much my life!! So i guess that it for today, goodbye and goodnight!
